Scope of Work
This historic Mediterranean revival residence on a corner lot in El Cid received our full services for a interior and exterior renovation, restoration, bringing the historic charm back to life while adding in just enough modern upgrades. We designed a new covered patio with balcony deck above off the master bedroom overlooking the backyard. The Historic accessory garage was converted into a carport with barrel tile breeze blocks and the guest suite received a full renovation.
