DR. RUSSELL ROSICKI

Dr. Russell Rosicki is a Registered Architect specializing in high-end residential estates and private club facilities throughout the Northeast and Florida. His work focuses primarily on custom homes designed for owner-occupiers and families, particularly within the historic districts of West Palm Beach and Palm Beach.

With more than 20 years of professional experience, Dr. Rosicki’s distinguished career integrates architectural design with a comprehensive understanding of interior design, architecture and ancillary engineering disciplines. His multidisciplinary approach incorporates mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, and natural gas systems, along with passive and sustainable design strategies to deliver highly coordinated, energy-efficient homes.

Dr. Rosicki began his career in interior design, working on luxury residences throughout New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. Early in his career he gained valuable experience at Expo Design Centers in New York while also working alongside trades including electrical and carpentry professionals to develop hands-on construction knowledge. This foundation led him to pursue advanced studies in engineering and architecture, where he further refined his design philosophy under the mentorship of nationally and internationally recognized architects.

He holds a Doctor of Architecture (D.Arch) from the University of Hawaii at Mānoa, graduating with the rare Tau Sigma Delta High Honors Award and induction into the National Architecture Honor Society, Gamma Mu Chapter. Dr. Rosicki also earned a Master of Science in Energy Management with high honors from the New York Institute of Technology and received President’s List recognition for academic achievement. In addition, he holds an Advanced Certificate in Environmental Management, a Bachelor of Architectural Engineering, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Farmingdale State College of New York. His academic background in art, architecture, and engineering underscores his expertise in creating sophisticated architectural solutions that integrate design excellence with technical performance.

Beyond his professional practice, Dr. Rosicki has contributed to the advancement of the profession through academia. As an adjunct professor at two state colleges, he has taught courses in architecture, engineering, and construction, helping educate and mentor the next generation of architects and engineers. His multidisciplinary perspective allows him to approach each project with both creative vision and technical precision.

Walter Hyde III is a highly adept architect recognized for his technical proficiency in code compliance and structural design for upscale residential and commercial projects. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering Technology, Walter focuses on glue-laminated timber and wood frame structures, historical renovations, and the necessary permitting processes vital to Florida’s architectural environment. As a reliable advocate for his clients, he represents them in zoning, planning, and architectural review board hearings. His understanding of compliance and zoning helps to ensure that each project meets high standards while navigating regulatory frameworks. Walter also brings a passion for garden design and is equipped to prepare visionary ideas for ancillary architectural landscape projects in South Florida.

SHYANNE SONNENBERG

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER

M.ARCH, TSD

Shyanne holds a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering Technology from the University of Hartford and a Master of Architecture from the City College of New York. She joined the firm in 2020 and relocated to Florida to design prominent homes. Since then, she has thrived in the collaborative team environment the firm offers, focusing on designing projects that harmonize essential functionality with elegant aesthetics. Shyanne is proficient in designing ancillary electrical, plumbing, gas and structural systems with the coordination of mechanical design and contributes to production of construction documents. Shyanne is also responsible for producing the 3D models and renderings for the firm, helping communicate the firm’s concepts effectively while showcasing the innovative designs. She is currently pursuing her Florida Architect license and NCARB certification. She has successfully passed select divisions of the Architectural registration exams and completed over 10,000 architectural experience program (AXP) hours.

Joshua Corrice brings a comprehensive blend of academic excellence and hands-on experience to the architectural industry. With a Bachelor’s of Science in Architecture Technology, his expertise spans architectural drafting, construction documents interpretation, and construction methodologies. Joshua excels in creating innovative designs for residential and commercial projects while leveraging his extensive knowledge of construction documentation and modern design software such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

With a strong foundation in residential and commercial construction techniques, including framing, roofing, and concrete work, Joshua has honed his ability to bridge the gap between concept and execution. His passion for sustainable and practical design is evident in his work on historic home rehabilitation in the El Cid neighborhood.

SHERIF ALBAKLESH

STRUCTURAL ENGINEER IN TRAINING

BS CIVIL ENGINEERING

Sherif joined our team when he lived in NY and has since moved to Florida to further his experience working under professional engineers. He has passed all of the engineering exams and has made application to the Florida State Board of Engineers. Sherif has experience designing and building of mid rise apartment buildings in Cairo Egypt and has a specialty of reinforced concrete structural design.
