A beautiful new construction 1 story single family residence in Place Au Soleil Gulf Stream FL. The Transitional West Indies Architectural Style blended with a manicured landscape design offers a tranquil private setting for this new residence.
We provided our full services for architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing. We also assisted with landscape design as an additional service. An interior designer was contracted by the owner. This project was presented to and approved by the Gulf Stream architectural review board.
